In 2013, we are expecting to work with over 14,000 young people and will employ around 1,800 summer staff. The success of The Challenge depends heavily on the staff that work with our young people. Our summer roles provide the experience of working with young people in a residential setting as part of a dedicated and fun team within a national programme that has meaningful impact on the next generation.
