Week 3 and beyond: The Real Challenge
Your child’s team makes its mark in the local community. They decide what to do, plan how they’ll do it and pitch their idea to our expert panel of judges, building organisational and communication skills along the way.
Each team then has four weekend days in September to make it happen, and they’ll need to use all the skills and experience they have gained to convert ideas into results.
Graduation
In the autumn, your child receives a graduation certificate from a prominent leader in a ceremony at prestigious venue.
Alumni programme
After graduation, we offer an alumni programme to provide your child with career and development opportunities, including:
- Workshops on CV writing, interviewing, money management
- Participation or leadership in the programmes of partner charities
- Introduction to apprenticeship and development programmes
- Shadowing business or community leaders
