The single most important element for The Challenge’s success is the involvement of passionate, talented people committed to helping young people and building communities.
If you are such a person you can help by playing a full-time, year round role in one of our offices and engage in preparing the various aspects of the programme, or by taking on one of our leadership roles in the summer and working directly with the participants of the programme.
